Gemini Forest Products was founded by Ted Pollard and Dale Bacon in 1981 in Los Alamitos. The company originally started with three employees and has grown in the last thirty years multiple locations in Oregon , Northern California and Southern California.  We work with businesses in the following industries: railroads, aerospace, shipping, shoring, steel mills, government and more. Jon and Anne Yee started the business back in 2011 to produce high-quality, hand-crafted, artisanal California olive oil and Italian balsamic vinegar products. Their passion; to guarantee that every product is handled personally with the utmost craft and care. As a family-owned enterprise, Anne and Jon are very hands on. There is not a job in the operation, from scrubbing floors to product delivery, which they have not personally performed. Today, Anne mostly oversees operations, marketing, and new product development.  Jon, a long-time food smoking expert and true foodie, invented our signature smoked product. He drives sales. As of now Anne & Jon have produced over 50 flavors and they continue to refine and invent as they discover flavor filled and amazingly delicious ingredients.
